The winners of this year’s awards were announced in The Hague, Netherlands, at the Intel® Network Builders Summit in conjunction with SDN NFV World Congress.

Software defined wide area network (SD-WAN) services have become vitally important for enterprises, allowing them to re-configure their branch office networks to take advantage of cloud-based services. Designed as multi-service telematics and infotainment gateway for rolling stock application, the award-winning R6S series offers rich networking I/O including 1 x GbE RJ45 ports plus 10 x IEEE 802.3af standard PoE ports for IP camera or wireless access point connection. Built to be a rolling stock controller, R6S comes with one removable 2.5” HDD/SSD drive bay for dual storage of recorded footages. Lanner, the global leader in the design and manufacturing of network appliances, today introduced its latest compute blade HMB-6100, empowered by 2nd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors with Intel® C621 Series PCH, and RRC 100GbE Ethernet controller. HMB-6100, designed to our flagship HybridTCA compute specifications, is compatible with Lanner’s x86 HTCA-6000 series network appliances to boost data center performances, bandwidth and connectivity for telecom applications.
