This collaboration is set to revolutionize the factory inspection processes through the integration of Lanner's Edge AI appliance EAI-I131 and Solomon's advanced META-aivi Portable AI Vision System, aiming to reduce inspection time and enhance accuracy with real-time AI-driven insights.
The joint Portable AI Vision System leverages Lanner’s EAI-I131, an industrial-grade AI inference appliance specifically designed for computer vision applications. Equipped with high-performance NVIDIA Jetson Orin™ SoC and -40°~75° C operating temperature, this appliance delivers up to 100 TOPS of AI computing inferencing for a wide range of AI workloads at the network edge. The device also supports LTE, 5G and Wi-Fi wireless connectivity with rich connectivity options, including 2x GbE PoE, 2x COM, 2x USB and 4x DI/DO ports.
META-aivi, a groundbreaking technology from SOLOMON, enhances human perception by analyzing real-time video and images with AI-powered recognition. The outcomes are projected onto the augmented reality (AR) glasses, granting operators the ability to execute diverse tasks with minimal guidance, whilst improving safety, enhancing security, and optimizing work performance.
META-aivi also stands out as a paragon of versatility and integration, exhibiting compatibility with an extensive array of smart devices, including smartphones, tablets, IP cameras, body cameras, and AR glasses.
