Lanner, the associate member of Intel® Internet of Things, today announced the launch of the LEC-7230L, a compact and fanless embedded computer powered by the Intel® Celeron® Bay Trail SoC platform, known for its significant improvement in computing performance and power efficiency.

With advanced networking and computing technologies, automation and instant data acquisition in public transportation have been widely implemented for improved passenger experiences. To assist transportation companies with intelligent and networked transportation system, Lanner launches its EN50155 compliant rolling stock computing system LVR-5700. The system is purposely designed for rail applications by offering powerful CPU, rich I/Os, M12-protected PoE ports and robust ruggedness to withstand external impacts, making it the perfect solution for train monitoring, infotainment, security surveillance and rail management.

The LEC-7331, running on Intel® Celeron® J1900/N2930 or Intel® Atom™ E3845 processor, is the slightly more compact and lightweight successor to the LEC-7330. It offers quad-core processing power and one 2.5" or 3.5" HDD/SSD drive bay for easy video management, making it a speedy yet low-maintenance platform for setting up video-heavy industrial deployments such as physical security, roadside traffic monitoring and other surveillance or ITS related industrial applications.

Lanner, the associate member of Intel® Internet of Things, expands its family of Bay Trail powered hardware solutions to include the LEC-7330, the LEC-2430, the LEC-2530, the LEC-7230 and the LEC-7230L. Each of these box PCs comes with its unique designs and built-in features.

The growing need of intelligent vehicle has triggered the rise of vehicle computing applications. To empower vehicle intelligence in applications like fleet management, vehicle monitoring, and mobile surveillance recording, Lanner presents the compact, fanless vehicle system LVC-2001. The system features power-efficient CPU, rich I/O functionality and environmental endurance, making it highly applicable in mobile vehicle setting.

Today sees the release of Lanner’s LEC-2430, a compact and high-performance IPC powered by Intel®’s Bay Trail CPU.

The LEC-2430 is equipped with one mini-PCIe, one PCI and one PCI-E riser card, offers extremely flexible expandability, one of the most sought-after features for industrial PCs. These expansion interfaces can be leveraged for adding additional I/O and communications ports, not only improving a system’s functionalities but also simplifying the complicated tasks faced by system integrators and developers.

Due to the fast-growing concern of IoT network security, Lanner announces its new highly compact and fanless security gateway controller NCA-1010, the first launch of our new product line NCA (Network Computing Appliance). The newly introduced ultra-compact system is built with Intel® Bay Trail CPU and scalable connectivity to serve as CPE (Customer-premises equipment) gateway, small area network bandwidth management, and edge firewall in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), library, hospital wards and retail environments. This is also one of the most featured products by Lanner at South Expo 1347, RSA 2015.
