Embedded Systems for Factory Automation
Both the LEC-7230 combine fanless design, powerful CPUs and rich I/Os, enabling optimized operating speeds and high throughputs for tackling even the most demanding factory automation applications.
Integrated with the high performance Intel Atom E3845 CPU, the LEC-7230 embedded computer features compact size and support a wide operating temperature from -20 ºC to 55 ºC. With built-in low-powered DDR3/L memory up to 4GB, the rugged IPC also boosts its rich I/O supports, including VGA, HDMI, USB 3.0, making it an ideal IoT solution for machine automation and industrial control systems. On the other hand, multi-camera inspection and multi-display video transmission are made possible via the LEC-2136’s 6 GbE LAN ports for network camera communications, multiple I/O ports and mini-PCIe slot.
Industrial Communication Platform for Power and Energy
The LEC-3230 is an IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 certified data collection server designed for power SCADA and power communication gateway. The 2U rackmount communication appliance offers rich, customizable I/O interface with combinations of multiple GbE LAN/SFP fiber ports, making it easy to configure to meet specific needs.
The LEC-3013-I10 is an integrated communication platform for solar inverter substations. Equipped with multiple EMI-protected and isolated serial ports, the DIN-Rail industrial PC monitors and analyzes data that includes daily sunlight, power generation efficiency, array disconnect statistics and other metered information.
