To build an open, interoperable network platforms for multi-vendor network environments, at SDN NFV World Congress 2019 Lanner will discuss how the next gen Whitebox Solutions™ optimized by leading VNF companies can ease the rollout of next-gen SD-WAN for remote branches or even large enterprises. We will also cover how a hyper-converged HTCA architecture integrating x86 compute, high speed switch and storage in one single platform can empower ultra-low latency communications for multi-access edge computing, content delivery, Cloud-RAN and other 5G applications
Come visit our booth (#A1) from Oct. 14 to Oct.17, 2019 in Hague, Netherland.
uCPE 2.0 for Next-Gen SD-WAN
Lanner will present the uCPE 2.0 platforms pre-validated with major SDN/NFV and VNF solution providers. Suggested desktop or rackmount appliances offer Intel® x86 multi-core CPU for running multiple VNFs, hardware acceleration like DPDK, Intel QuickAssist, SR-IOV and AES-NI, rich LAN port configurations including both RJ-45, SFP and SFP+ ports, as well as wireless connectivity with Wi-Fi/4G/LTE.
Wide Temperature uCPE for Industrial SD-WAN
Lanner presented NCR-1510, a wide temperature uCPE/SD-WAN appliance to run the optimized and virtualized mobile broadband VNF (virtualized network function) and software-defined WAN in outdoor environment.
Powered by Intel® Atom™ C3000 processor (Intel® Atom™ C), NCR-1510 is Lanner’s flagship micro server with wide operating temperature to be deployed as outdoor SD-WAN uCPE gateway. NCR-1510 can remain normally functional in the defined temperature range between -40°C to +70°C.
Hyper-converged Platforms for MEC
To answer the demand for future 8K video streaming and AR/VR applications, Lanner showcases the hyper-converged network platforms designed for delivering multi-node compute, high-speed 100G switching and massive storage in one single appliance, delivering highly available service agility and economics in edge on premise, CORD and cloud data center.
