Overview

32nm Intel® Core Processors

Following the design of the Intel LGA 1156 CPU socket, the FW-8760 can use the 32nm Intel® Core i3, i5 or i7 CPUs. Offering the latest in Intel® engineering.

Up to 16 Ethernet Ports

The FW-8760 has 8 onboard ethernet ports all controlled through the Intel 82574 providing Gigabit Ethernet. With each port supporting bypass, this appliance can support 4 pairs. The optional module can add an additional 8 ports, making a total of 16 ethernet ports.

Maximize your RAM

With 4 dual channel DDR3 240 pin DIMM slots, this networking appliance can max out at 16GB of RAM, making sure your CPU can process as quickly as possible.

PCIe and mini PCI Expansion

With open mini-PCI and PCIe slots there are many options to customize this network device, for further customization there is the ability to add an additional 2 PCIe (x)4 lane slots or a PCIe (x)8 lane slot.
