New Taipei City, Taiwan — Apr.2, 2018 — Lanner Electronics Inc., a global leader in manufacturing and supplying network appliances, launches OpenNSL CDP (Community Development Package) in ONL for its HTCA-6000 Series. The network disaggregation driven by the rising deployment of SDN/NFV has since encouraged CSP and datacenter to adopt open white box in their mission-critical applications as the primary measure to save CAPEX and OPEX. The software development team has enhanced support on Open Network Linux (ONL) & Open Network Install Environment (ONIE) platforms. Now that with the release of OpenNSL CDP in ONL and ONIE environment, HTCA-6000 customers are benefited from the use of Lanner software library to develop their own application based on open Linux and Broadcom StrataXGS® Trident II switch time-to-market.
