To fulfill its corporate sustainability (ESG) strategy, Lanner Electronics Inc. (TAIEX 6245) announced a new investment in InfiniPower Technology Inc. in 2025, totaling approximately NT$30 million. This investment demonstrates Lanner’s firm commitment to its core strategy of “Excellence and Sustainable Operation,” echoing the company’s dual transformation in digitalization and ESG. Through this strategic move, Lanner aims to enhance operational performance, promote environmental protection and social responsibility, and create long-term value for customers and stakeholders, while accelerating the group’s deployment in sustainable governance and green energy sectors.

InfiniPower Technology focuses on high-precision power testing, energy transition, and clean energy technologies. Its founding team possesses deep expertise in power electronics R&D and engineering, dedicating themselves to developing stable, precise, and highly reliable power testing instruments. The company has long invested in regenerative power testing equipment, providing advanced power testing solutions for clean energy, EV charging, energy storage (ESS/PCS), and smart energy devices.

InfiniPower’s main products include regenerative AC/DC power systems, regenerative electronic loads, and grid simulators. Adopting high-efficiency energy recovery architectures, these systems allow over 90% of test energy to be fed back to the grid, significantly reducing power consumption and heat dissipation needs to achieve tangible carbon-reduction benefits. For instance, with 50 regenerative test devices operating 8 hours daily, the system can save approximately 780,000 kWh annually, representing an overall energy efficiency improvement of about 11% compared to traditional equipment. This energy-saving effect is equivalent to reducing about 390 metric tons of CO₂ emissions per year—comparable to planting over 17,000 trees or the carbon absorption of about two Daan Forest Parks (Taipei’s largest city park), helping enterprises achieve concrete results in energy management and ESG indicators.

InfiniPower’s products comply with international EMC standards such as IEC 61000 and can be widely used in solar, wind, EV AC/DC charging and bidirectional power supply (V2L/V2H/V2G), energy storage systems, AI server power supplies, and high-power industrial equipment. The entire product line has passed German TÜV’s CE and safety certifications, ensuring high consistency, reliability, and precision to meet the quality and safety requirements of high-end R&D and testing laboratories.

Lanner expressed optimism regarding InfiniPower’s technical depth in renewable energy and power testing. This investment not only strengthens the group’s strategic positioning in energy transition and green technology but will also continue to enhance Lanner’s long-term competitiveness in smart grids, energy-saving applications, and sustainable governance. Lanner will continue to fulfill its ESG mission, driving the industry toward a more efficient, lower-carbon, and more sustainable future through technological innovation and strategic investment.
