Barcelona, Spain, February 21, 2023, Lanner Electronics, Radisys, and Hytec Inter announced today a collaboration to create a high-performance, containerized-based 5G private network solution with flexible deployment options for various industries. The cost-effective, fully disaggregated 5G RAN solution, integrated by Hytec Inter, includes Lanner’s Open RAN appliances and Radisys’ CU and DU software, to deliver secure, real-time communication for enabling low-latency services for mission-critical applications. A demonstration of the solution will be available for viewing at Lanner’s booth (Booth no.5A27) at MWC Barcelona, from February 27 through March 2nd.

The rapid growth of software defined networking has enabled numerous innovations in the space of 5G edge computing, which drives service agility to the edge cloud as the disaggregation of telco infrastructure facilitates the virtualization of packet routing, security, load balancing and SRv6 service chaining. Pre-validated by the world’s leading service providers, Lanner whitebox uCPE and edge servers that features interoperable architecture, programmable switching, dynamic scalability, accelerated by high performance AI computing, to enable the most innovative 5G edge computing applications, such as SD-WAN, Open RAN, and Private Network

Lanner today announced the addition of the N2S-IHM205 to its F.A.S.T. selection of NIC modules. N2S-IHM205 comes with dual 100G QSFP28 ports, is driven by Intel E810-CAM2 Ethernet controller and features either multi-mode or single-mode bypass.

Today sees the release of Lanner’s NCA-4240, a 1U 19” rackmount appliance powered by Intel® Alder Lake S and Intel® H610E/Q670E chipset.

The NCA-4240 features LGA 1700 socket, up to 64GB of DDR5 memory capacity at 4800MHz, comprehensive Intel® H610E/Q670E chipset, 1x Gbe RJ45, 8x 2.5 Gbe RJ45 with 3 pairs of bypass, 1x RJ45 console and 1x NIC slot.

Barcelona, January 24th 2023: Lanner Electronics, a global provider of network appliances and edgeAI systems, Telco Systems a leading provider of vendor-neutral hybrid edge compute solutions, and CVEDIA, a leader in edge computer vision software, today announced a partnership to demonstrate a next-generation, smart retail solution based on advanced edge computing supporting AI acceleration on a small form-factor edge device. The solution will be available for viewing at the ISE exhibition (Booth no.5A200) in Barcelona, January 31st through February 3rd.

The Smart Edge AI Solution integrates with Lanner’s AI-accelerated uCPE , Telco System’s Edgility Edge OS and CVEDIA RT AI-powered Video Analytics Software. The simple to onboard, unique workload includes computer vision AI based analytics applications connected to an Edge Computing platform with integrated SD-WAN that can span thousands of customer sites, on top of a compact edge device, capable of delivering real-time AI insights at the edge.

The rise of smart devices and the Internet of Things (IoT) is transforming Industrial Control System (ICS) networks, increasing usability, efficiency, and productivity in ICS environments, which also has a significant impact on ICS cyber security. Lanner introduces its next generation industrial grade appliance – ICS-I370, with the capability to operate under wide temperature ranges, advanced LAN bypass for failover recovery, and rich connectivity to communicate with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) RTU, HMI, and SCADA.
