Lanner Combines Control, Management and Data Processing in FX-7210

Lanner Electronics Inc., today released a network appliance platform unlike any other released before. The information security industry is experiencing increasingly sophisticated niche solutions for specific needs such as WAN optimization, email security, application delivery, and intrusion prevention systems. Lanner’s FX-7210 was designed to combine these different requirements into one single network appliance using two motherboards.


“The FX-7210 has been in development for a few years” said Jesse Chiang, product planner at Lanner Electronics. “Two of our clients have already used this hardware platform to deploy their new IPS and application delivery appliances. The FIPS and NEBS compliant IPS based on FX-7210 is now used in the datacenters of two Fortune 50 telecom companies, so we are very confident in the platform and are now offering it to other clients. At these datacenters, this appliance is handling 20 Gbps IPS throughput and 100+ Gbps firewall throughput, so this hardware was designed to inspect massive amounts of traffic.”

To accomplish such high IPS throughput rates, FX-7210 uses two motherboards. The primary motherboard is a standard x86 board with sockets to support two Intel® Xeon® C5500 or C5600 processors, and the Intel 5520 chipset. The secondary motherboard is customized to fit the requirements of the client. In the case of the IPS appliance, the high throughput requirement meant that a RISC-based motherboard was used.

Made for the telecom industry, FX-7210 have many of the benefits found in ATCA systems, but comes with a lower price tag. An advanced I/O blade design makes it possible to configure up to 36 1GbE network ports or twelve 10GbE ports, in an array of SFP or copper combinations. The motherboards are designed with trays to make field replacement quick and efficient, and redundant power supplies helps to minimize downtime.

According to Jesse, the FX-7210 is just the first of many unusual products to expect from Lanner over the next months. “The FX series is designed to meet the changing requirements of today’s network appliances. Lanner Releases the LEC-2110: The Next Generation in Customizable IPC

Today Lanner released the LEC-2110, a fanless Intel Atom D525 Industrial PC with dual video outs and multiple expansion options. The LEC-2110 is the vanguard of the new approach of Lanner’s applied computing unit, and going forward many of Lanner’s AC appliances will have multiple expansion options.


“Customers want more expansion options when it comes to customizing their appliances, and Lanner is delivering,” said Eric Chiu, Leader of Applied Computing Business Unit. “We have encountered many system integrators who like to add their own add-on card & software and then sell the unit as a total package.”

Every LEC-2110 will have an onboard Mini-PCIe slot with a SIM card reader. This SIM card reader allows customers to use wireless communications applications such as 3G or GPS. The other expansion slot can be used for either a PCIe or PCI expansion. Common uses of this expansion slot include CAN bus modules, motion control modules or a number of separate I/O ports.

This LEC-2110 uses the Intel ICH8M chipset along with the Intel Atom D525 for solid performance in a low electricity consuming appliance. The LEC-2110 can hold up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM via SO-DIMM slot and has Intel Graphics Media Accelerator for video display.

The rugged IPC contains both a wide power range input (9 — 30 Volts DC) as well as a wide temperature operating range (between -10 to 55º Celsius) by using industrial grade memory and storage.

The PC is an I/O hub with 6 COM, 6 USB 2.0, audio and dual GbE LAN. The serial ports come in both DB9 female form factors as well as a terminal block. 2 of the 6 ports support hardware autoflow, which allows the one way RS-485 signals to travel along the same channel. Video can be accessed via the DVI-D or VGA port.

Other safety features include screw-locked power plug, dustless chassis and fanless interior. For ease of use, a wired remote power button can also be attached to the product, allowing customers to turn on the product from a distance.

Lanner Releases the LEC-7105, a Signage Platform with Intel® Atom™ D525

Today, Lanner Electronics Inc., released the LEC-7105, a rugged mid-range digital signage player. Using the Intel Atom D525, this fanless appliance boasts a 1.8GHz embedded CPU, which comes with extra Intel features such as Intel graphics and high bandwidth LAN ports. The embedded system is designed for digital signage and other industrial applications. It features both VGA and DVI video outputs along with an eSATA connector to attach to external storage devices.


The LEC-7105 is designed to use the dual core Intel Atom D525 (1.8GHz). This low electricity consuming CPU allows the platform to be both fanless and dust proof. This system uses the Intel ICH8M chipset along with up to 4GBs of DDR3 memory.

One of the stand-out features of the LEC-7105 is its external eSATA connector. This I/O port powers and connects external SATA devices and offers connection speeds of up to 3GB per second. High quality digital signage content can be easily transferred on and off the internal hard drive via this device, or even directly play content off a SATA device.

This appliance comes with 2 Mini-PCIe expansion slots, one of which contains a SIM card reader for applications such as 3G and GPS. By providing 2 expansion slots, end users can have both WiFi and 3G connectivity on this platform.

Using the onboard Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150, the LEC-7105 provides HD capable video via either the DVI-D or the VGA port. The appliance can also be set to display one stream of video to both ports at once.

This platform also comes with some of the latest Lanner ease-of-use designs: the screw lock power plug, which ensures a solid connection to the power source; and a remote power control device, which can be attached to the platform and wired to a different location, which allows for the appliance to be turned on from a distance.

Lanner Electronics Doubles Factory Capacity

On 1st November Lanner officially launched a new factory in New Taipei City’s Xizhi district, increasing capacity from 18,000 to 40,000 systems per month. The factory expansion comes after months of running at full capacity.


“We have been running at capacity 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for quite a while. So although this expansion comes at a time when the economy isn’t that great, we haven’t seen any decrease in demand. On the contrary, despite the economic conditions, we are optimistic about the growth of the network appliance and small form factor industrial PCs. This expansion allows us to grow further and take more orders from our clients” said George Chen, Lanner’s factory manager.

At the same time as the new factory was set up, the whole production process has been evaluated and re-configured. With the help of Japanese lean manufacturing experts, numerous manufacturing quality improvements have been made. To better cater for the small production runs that are common in industrial computing, the assembly lines now utilize the popular cell manufacturing approach to provide more flexibility. Also, when doubling from two to four SMT lines, more modern equipment has been purchased to cater for larger motherboards and greater output.

Will Chen, COO of Lanner Electronics shares the optimism of the factory manager. “According to Gartner, the market for Unified Threat Management (UTM) is expected to see compound growth of 20 to 25% until 2013. As the hardware supplier to several of the leading UTM companies, we expect significant volume increases. We also see more demand for our high-end systems. Cloud computing and high-speed mobile communications networks are bringing significant increases to internet traffic, all of which needs to go through firewalls. The processing power of these firewalls needs to increase as it takes a lot of processing power to do deep packet inspection and virus scanning on all the data that is going through our networks these days.”

Lanner Releases a High-Performance Industrial PC with Intel® Core i5 and i7 Support

Today Lanner Electronics Inc., released its highest performance IPC so far, the LEC-2220. This platform is made for the Intel® Core i5 and i7 processors and features dual-screen support, several expansion slots and an easily maintained fan solution. Engineered for long-lasting field performance, the LEC-2220 is able to manage almost any IPC task.


The LEC-2220 comes equipped with the Intel Core i5 / i7 and the Intel HM55 chipset. This Intel Core chip and chipset offers significant improvements in thermal conductivity and power use. There are also improvements in graphics performance, which enables HD-quality output. The 2 video out ports along the front face of the LEC-2220 are DVI interfaces. One is a DVI-I interface the other is a DVI-D. Both offer HD-quality output and with the Intel HD graphics chip both can be used at the same time so LEC-2220 can provide output for 2 HD screens.

The system uses DDR3 memory that can be upgraded up to 8 GB. Like many other Lanner industrial computers, LEC-2220 offers expansion slots for end user applications. The LEC-2220 however, also allows users to choose their expansion slots. Every model comes with a Mini-PCIe card attached to a SIM card reader for 3G and GPS type applications, but users also have the option to order the LEC-2220 with an extra PCI slot, PCIe slot or even 2 PCI slots.

“With such a high-performance system, we felt that customers needed more customizable expansion options,” said Spencer Chou, Product Planner at Lanner’s Applied Computing Division. “The additional expansion slots have already been used for many interesting applications, such as a 6-screen digital signage display and a shipping crane controller. In the future we plan to offer such flexible expansion options with all our high-performance industrial computers.”

Another new feature in the LEC-2220 is the externally replaceable fan. The LEC-2220 is built for high processing power and therefore needs a fan to cool down. Unlike competitor solutions, the LEC-2220 has an enclosed chassis with a fan that sits on top of the unit. This fan blows the warm air out of the aluminum chassis and can be easily replaced without actually opening the chassis.

Other I/O includes six serial ports, two Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB ports and DIDO. The serial ports come with different interfaces: two in the DB9 form factor, one of which is capable of carrying RS-232 signals and another capable of carrying RS-232, 422 and 485 signals. The other four serial ports are connected via a terminal block, three of these are capable of carrying RS-232 signals, while the last one can carry RS-232, 422 and 485. The Intel Ethernet ports are in the RJ-45 form factor and uses Intel 82574L network controllers.

Lanner Releases LEC-2055, A Cost-Effective SFF 3G Capable IPC

Today, Lanner Electronics Inc., released its second smallest IPC, the LEC-2055. The elegantly designed small form factor appliance is powered by the Intel ® Atom™ N270. It is considered a mobile platform by having a SIM card socket enabled mini-PCIe slot for 3G or GPS. Advantages of the system lie in the small size, thought-out design and expandable I/O. Along with other Lanner products, the LEC-2055 is diverse enough to cover a variety of uses, including but not limited to mobile computing, protocol translation, and digital signage.


“The LEC-2055 incorporates our best thought-out technology all in a tight little package,” said Spencer Chou, product guru at Lanner. “Our customers are constantly seeking out the value-based SFF platforms to hide away out of sight; we designed the LEC-2055 for that very purpose. The best part about this unit is that it can come equipped with WiFi, 3G or GPS technology- allowing this IPC to receive wireless updates.”

The LEC-2055 is made to be deployed in remote or hard-to-reach places. Again, the form factor is especially slim, having dimensions of 198x42x145mm (7.80”x1.65”x5.71”) and can fit behind screens, underneath seats or mounted up high on a wall. It is compatible with DIN-Rail mounts, VESA mounts and wall mounts. To promote the ruggedness of the appliance the LEC-2055 has a wide temperature and voltage input range. It will operate without issues within a range of -10º and 55º Celsius. The LEC-2055 receives voltages between 12 and 36 Volts of direct current, allowing the unit to receive electricity from a variety of power sources.

Other features include a hinged bottom chassis and a secure power plug. The bottom of the chassis is attached via a hinge, allowing field engineers to easily install and replace internal hardware. Once the 4 rubber feet of the unit are unscrewed, the bottom opens easily. The power plug is a terminal block design, which can be secured via screws to ensure the plug is never accidentally pulled out.

I/O ports are paramount in multi-purpose IPCs; the LEC-2055 features 3 DB9 COM ports, 2 USB, 2 LAN and a VGA video out.

The LEC-5510 a Fanless In-Vehicle Computer With the Dual Core Intel® Atom™

Today, Lanner Electronics released a next generation in-vehicle platform, the LEC-5510. Tested thoroughly for both shock and vibration, the LEC-5510 is designed to be used in all mobile land vehicles, including: construction equipment, semis, cabs, vans, trains and buses. Lanner’s latest platform is based around the dual core Intel® Atom D510™ and features plenty of I/O.


To withstand vibration and shock, the LEC-5510 is designed with multiple safeguards for a longer lasting platform. There is a 1GB memory chip directly on the motherboard to protect from RAM dislodgement due to vibration. The hard drive bay incorporates rubber pads and an additional protective casing to give extra dampening. Many of the I/O ports come in a DB9 or terminal block form factors which screw the connector directly into the appliance to ensure secure connections. Finally the LEC-5510 has a completely cable-less interior and comes standard without a fan, which increases product longevity. The platform has been tested for vibrations up to 2g at 5-500Hz and shock along all three axes at 30grms acceleration.

“The LEC-5510 is Lanners newest and most powerful mobile appliance,” said Eric Chiu, head of Lanner’s Applied Computing department, “we have positioned the platform to be stalwart in the industry and encompass all of our customers needs. Along with the regular CE and FCC certifications we have tested the platform to meet the e13 (emark) certification for in-vehicle computers.”

Along with other Lanner in-vehicle appliances, the LEC-5510 features power ignition control, which allows in-vehicle IPCs to switch seamlessly between vehicle power to battery power and vice-versa. The controller is able to sense when the vehicle is turned on and off, allowing the appliance to only use the back battery when necessary.

The LEC-5510 uses the 1.66GHz dual core Intel Atom D510 processor with the ICH8M chipset. It has Intel Ethernet (2 x Intel 82574L) Controllers and Intel Graphic Controllers (Intel GMA3150). Along with the 1GB onboard RAM there is also a SODIMM slot for DDR2 memory, which can hold up to 2GB of memory for a maximum of 3GBs.

The platform is made to serve multiple in-vehicle applications and comes with a variety of I/O including: 4 x USB 2.0, 2 x serial, audio, VGA and digital I/O. The LEC-5510 also comes with a Holux GR89 GPS receiver as well as 2 x Mini-PCIe slots. One of the Mini-PCIe expansion slots is attached to a SIM card reader, allowing for 3G connectivity.

Lanner engineers have designed the LEC-5510 to have expansion via a PCI 104 slot. Some modules that are already in the design phase include: a 4-port Video Encode module, an add-on external fan kit and additional I/O ports in the M16 form factor.

The platform has been extensively tested and when equipped with industrial components (hard drives, RAM and CF) it has a temperature range between -20 and 55o Celsius. The LEC-5510 also features a wide power input range between 6 and 30V of DC power.

Lanner Announces the MR-630, a 16 Port Freescale Driven 1U Network Appliance

Today Lanner Electronics is happy to announce Lanner’s latest low power consuming network processing platform (NPU) based around the quad-core Freescale P2040/41- the MR-630. With up to 16 GbE LAN ports, two management ports and a variety of customizable options, the MR-630 is positioned to be the leader of the NPU marketplace.


Jesse Chiang, Lanner Electronics’ network computing product manager has said this about the P2040: “By leveraging Freescale architecture with Lanner design, we were able to create an incredibly strong 1U platform that delivers performance while offering significant advantages over the previous P1020 CPU. The standard MR-630 offers 12 ports of GbE, allowing customers to do more with the same amount of rack space. It is a breakthrough platform targeting 11G aggregate traffic by utilizing superb Freescale QorIQ Quad-core processor technology.”

Freescale spokesman Nikolay Guenov, Manager Business development and systems engineering, said, “Lanner’s MR-630 offering leverages the high performance, multi-core processing, virtualization, hardware deep packet inspection and I/O scalability of Freecale’s P2040 and P2041 processors -- capabilities previously only available on high end processors. Lanner’s investment to accelerate time to market for this new category of 10G enabled SMB equipment is highly advantageous for Freescale’s customers.”

The MR-630 comes standard with 12 GbE LAN ports using the Vitesse VSC7407 controller. Other I/O includes two GbE management ports, two USB 2.0 ports and one RJ-45 console port. There is onboard 2MB NOR Flash and expansion opportunities via Mini-PCIe and PCI(x4). There is HDD or SDD storage via SATA.

The MR-630 comes in 3 different variations. The first utilize the Freescale P2040 CPU with 1GHz of processing power, and also features 1200MHz DDR3 memory. The MR630B will feature a 12 PoE port switch that meets the 802.1af standard, which means that this switch will have up to 15.4W of power for each port.

The final SKU uses the P2041 with 1.5GHz processing power and features 1333MHz DDR3 Memory. This final SKU also has a manufacturer’s option of coming with an additional module which would either add 4 GbE SFP ports (for a total of 16 GbE ports) or dual 10GbE SFP+ ports.

The FW-8865 networking ability is unprecedented- the 4 onboard LAN ports can feature Generation 3 bypass. The MR-350 a Freescale Based Desktop Network Appliance

Today, Lanner Electronics Inc. has marked the Freescale based MR-350 network appliance for release to the general public. Using the QorIQ series CPUs, the MR-350 has high levels of integration and savvy power mechanics to enter a wide swath of network appliance applications. The desktop unit comes with 5 RJ-45 ports, onboard dual-channel DDR3 memory and NAND Flash Memory for booting and storage.


Lanner engineers are using Freescale technology to win the cost-sensitive network appliance market. Market research shows that Freescale CPUs and architecture offer significant advantage in terms of scalability in the market. Desktop network appliance sales are also increasing.

“Freescale offers the best system support for our series of desktop network appliances,” mused Jesse Chiang- Lanner Network Computing Product Planner. “While the MR-350 is the first Lanner processing platform to use the QorIQ CPUs, we are unveiling 3 more Freescale based products in the next 2 quarters. The Freescale CPUs allow the MR-350 to offer TCP/IP acceleration above its class.”

The MR-350 comes equipped with the Freescale P1011 / 1020 which offers 533MHz or 800MHz processor performance. Freescale design and internal technology allow these processors to utilize a multitude of tools to accelerate security protocols. These tools consist of advanced encryption standards, cyclical redundancy checks, data encryption standard execution, message digest execution, public key execution and a random number generator. In addition to these tools, Freescale technology is also able to increase information throughput by utilizing lossless flow control and enabling Jumbo Frame support.

The platform come with 5 RJ-45 LAN ports are controlled via Marvell 888E6171R Switch. There is 2MB of NOR Flash Memory for booting and 256MB NAND Flash for other storage purposes. Lanner’s Newest DIN-Rail Serial Communication IPC, the LEC-3010

Today, Lanner Electronics Inc., an IPC hardware manufacturer announced the release of the LEC-3010, a small form factor serial communication appliance built for SCADA systems. It features 6 serial ports, 4 GbE LAN ports and utilizes the Intel Atom N450 CPU. The LEC-3010 was designed for easy installation and minimal upkeep.


This product was not implemented to just add breadth to our series of SCADA communication controllers. Our Applied Computing Product Director, Eric Chiu, noticed a lack of cost-effective, highly adaptive small form factor IPCs needed for industrial SCADA communications. There are a total of 6 serial (COM) ports and 4 GbE LAN ports along the front face. The serial ports are connected via phoenix contacts that screw down to ensure a steady connection. The COM ports can send and receive signals using RS-232/422/485 protocols. Switching between these signals can be achieved onboard, through the hardware autoflow control. The RJ-45 LAN ports all use Realtek network controllers.

The rugged LEC-3010 can withstand high temperature variation, features a cable-less interior and a wide power input range. When utilized with industrial components (CompactFlash & Memory), the LEC-3010 can run in conditions ranging from -20o~55o Celsius. The cable-less and fan-less design assure product longevity, by eliminating the two main reasons for IPC malfunction. The appliance can support direct current of +12 ~ 36V inputs.

The product is built around the ultra low power consuming Intel Atom N450 CPU and can hold up to 2GB of memory through a single SODIMM slot. Lanner Electronics, Inc. has just released a 1U serial communications platform designed for electrostatic discharge environments and SCADA systems. It features a completely cable-less interior and 10 isolated serial ports, 8 of which feature onboard auto-flow control. The QORE LEC-3100 is the center piece in Lanner’s array of industrial automation and power control products.


Our QORE series of serial communication platforms has been implemented in China over the past year and a half and Lanner is finally ready to release these products globally, sample orders are available immediately.

The QORE series is to serve as a serial communications platform for electrostatic environments and SCADA systems. This 1U appliance has 10 isolated serial/ COM ports, which protect the appliance from electrostatic damage due to sudden power surges. 8 of the 10 COM ports on the LEC-3100 are screw-based phoenix head contacts, providing protection against accidental removal. These 8 COM ports also feature hardware auto-flow control, allowing engineers to set the RS-232/422/485 protocols with a flick of a switch, all without entering the BIOS. The LEC-2026 is an Embedded System with 6 GbE Network Ports for Vision Control Applications

Today Lanner Electronics Inc., releases the LEC-2026, an embedded system with a specialized focus on network capabilities. The LEC-2026 is driven by the N270 Intel Atom and the Intel 945GSE + ICH7M chipset. The LEC-2026 is designed for Vision Control applications. Vision Control is a real-time video monitoring system for quality control. The system is designed for IA and other manufacturing environments ensure the proper placement of components. For example in motherboard manufacturing a Vision Control system would be included in the various chip shooters to ensure each component was placed correctly. The Vision Control’s digital GigE cameras are mounted inside the machine and are connected to the external IPC. Software on the IPC will then use the cameras to constantly assess each placed chip. This analysis happens in real time, so the IPC does not retain any of the video footage- and therefore is not reliant on storage space.

The LEC-2026 is designed for use with Vision Control, by having separate high bandwidth GigE ports, each with their own separate controller. This ensures that the data stream will have a continuously high bandwidth to serve for Vision Control applications. With 6 Intel GbE LAN ports the LEC-2026 can run up to 6 cameras for Vision Control applications.

To promote longevity the LEC-2026 is fanless, while still boasting an extended temperature range between -10o Celsius and 55o Celsius. One reason the unit can support fanless design is the low power threshold involved in the N270 Intel Atom- which still boast 1.6GHz of processing ability. Lanner Releases Cost-Effective SFF Digital Signage Computer with 3G Communications

Lanner Electronics, a premier manufacturer of fanless embedded computers, today announced the new LEC-7020, an Intel Atom based industrial computer with 3G, GPS and WiFi capabilities. This small form factor computer has a VGA, COM, DIO, 4 USB ports, and an optional LVDS output. The LEC-7020 also boasts a new simplified design allowing quick component installation.

(February 3rd, 2010) Today Lanner Electronics Inc. announced the release of the VES-300, a low power and economically priced 3.5” single board computer. Utilizing the 945GSE + ICH7M chipset and powered by an Intel ATOM N270 processor, this SBC is designed to be deployed in a variety of industrial and commercial settings. The VES-300 has SATA support, comes with a CompactFlash socket and holds up to 2GBs of RAM. It comes with 6 USB and 4 COM ports for peripheral connectivity and 2 Ethernet ports for network communication.


The VES-300 is built around the Intel ATOM N270, which consumes less power and has a small thermal footprint, while still offering solid 1.6GHz of processing power. Lanner to Release 16-Channel All-in-One H.264 Video Encoding Mainboard at Secutech

The Lanner VM-P016 video encoding mainboard enables network video solution providers to develop applications using a single mainboard for up to 16 channels of H.264 encoded IP video. The VM-P016 mainboard provides 16-channel BNC inputs to enable the creation of hybrid analog/digital video surveillance systems, receiving and converting analog video signal to H.264 encoded digital video at up to Full D1 resolution and 30 frames per second (NTSC) or 25 fps (PAL).

Miniature Fanless Computer Provides Silent Platform for Network Security, Acceleration Apps

Lanner Releases Two Mini H.264 Video Servers for Surveillance and IP Video

Lanner Electronics today announced the release of two new compact video server platforms with hardware H.264 compression, network connectivity and central management software. Measuring only 40mm in height, the Lanner VS-F120 and VS-F710 video servers are designed for IP surveillance systems and other applications where analog video is compressed and transmitted over a network.


The VS-F120 is a single-port video server that provides one-channel analog input and H.264/AVC compression, while the VS-F710 provides four-channel analog video input. Both systems include Lanner’s reference surveillance management software, EyeShot 1000, and both support Power over Ethernet (POE).

“These two compact video servers provide amazing performance at such a small size,” said Herman Chen, Product Manager, Lanner Video Communications. “The H.264 AVC standard has created all kinds of new possibilities for video by providing high resolution and visual quality with low file size and minimal bandwidth consumption. It also includes DC power input, alarm input and alarm out, RS-485 alarm relay and sensor output, S-Video Out and one-button factory default reset.

The Lanner VS-F710 is slightly wider than the VS-F120 and provides four analog video inputs and one video looping output, audio in/out, LCPM and MPEG-2 AAC audio compression, WAN port, RS-485 alarm relay and sensor output terminals.

Both small form factor video servers include hardware H.264/AVC (MPEG-4 part 10) encoding to provide up to full D1 resolution video for both NTSC and PAL formats with reduced file size and network bandwidth consumption. Lanner Electronics today announced the release of a new PCI Express video capture card capable of simultaneously processing 16 channels of full D1 resolution video and converting it into H.264 AVC video streams for delivery over a network. The Lanner VC-8016 card supports 16 channel audio and 16 channel audio inputs, enabling the construction of a scalable digital video surveillance system with higher resolution and lower bandwidth.

The VC-8016 takes advantage of the latest H.264 Advanced Video Coding for image compression. The H.264 standard (also known as MPEG-4 part 10) provides high quality video streams with reduced bandwidth, which is especially important for network video applications with multiple video streams. The VC-8016 enables 16 channel NTSC or PAL analog signal input via a 16 BNC to one DVI cable, along with 16 channel audio synchronization. The PCI-E interface enables simple installation and flexibility for development of total network video solutions on x86 platforms.
