NFV and SDN have been matured over the years and we have seen Service Providers migrating their customers to the new business models enabled by carrier grade functionality and greater flexibility. To meet these demands, at MWC 2017 Lanner will partner with world-leading SDN/NFV software partners, including Netcracker, ENEA and Wind River, to address several vCPE and NFV related proof-of-concepts for next-generation telecom networks. Come visit our booth at Hall 7 (#7E06) from February 27th to March 2nd at Barcelona, Spain.

FW-7525 vCPE Gateway with NEC/Netcracker Network-as-a-Service (NaaS)
Lanner will be part NEC/Netcracker’s NaaS demonstration showcasing its complete environment to create, deploy and monetize virtualized B2B services. Lanner’s FW-7525 vCPE Gataway will be used as the foundation for SD-WAN at the customer premises on top of which different value added network services can be added through a self-service portal. Service Providers can choose the service components they need through a Digital Marketplace, which includes fully pre-integrated and validated partners such as Lanner, helping them to accelerate new revenue in the B2B market. This demonstration will be on Netcracker’s booth at 2H31, Hall 2.

HCTA-6200 NFV-ready Platform with Wind River Titanium Server
Lanner will showcase ’s NFV-ready platform HTCA-6200, a NEBS-ready carrier-grade appliance which features dual Intel Xeon® E5-2600 CPUs blades, three swappable I/O blades and have undergone a comprehensive testing and validation process with the Wind River Titanium Server NFV infrastructure (NFVI) software solution. Through the validation and pre-integration of industry-leading NFV ready hardware and software, Lanner is able to deliver carrier-grade network platforms optimized for NFV deployment, and help accelerate time-to-market for service providers and telecom equipment manufacturers (TEMs).

NCA-4010 and ASG-300 Hybrid vCPE Architecture with ENEA
To show how NFV will help to push functionality and data streams out to the edge, Lanner and Enea will demonstrate a commercial NFV solution built on mix hardware platform architectures, including the x86 based Lanner NCA-4010, and an ARM based Lanner ASG-300. This showcase, host in in Enea’s stand 6H21 in Hall 6, will present how data can stream between two more efficient vCPE devices without putting a load on nodes in the network.
